Course Summary

This 1-day program is designed to empower, equip, and inspire women in leadership roles—or those aspiring to step into leadership—to lead with clarity, confidence, and influence. Navigating leadership as a woman comes with unique challenges and opportunities, from visibility and voice to managing bias, building presence, and shaping leadership identity.

Through reflective exercises, storytelling, communication labs, and strategic planning, this course helps participants build self-awareness, articulate their leadership style, and step into their leadership space with purpose and presence.

      Reflect on personal values, strengths, and leadership messages. Explore common challenges women face in visibility, voice, and presence.
    • Challenging Internal Barriers
      Identify and reframe narratives around imposter syndrome, perfectionism, fear of judgement, and “not ready yet” thinking.
    • Authentic Presence & Executive Confidence
      Practice voice, posture, pace, and clarity. Explore techniques for assertiveness without aggression—especially in male-dominated or mixed-power environments.
    • Managing Bias & Breaking Patterns
      Learn how to respond to interruption, dismissive behavior, “tone policing,” and role minimization using calm, boundary-driven strategies.

Afternoon Session: Influence, Visibility & Leadership Planning

    • Strategic Visibility for Impact
      Identify spaces, people, and opportunities where presence matters (e.g., meetings, cross-functional projects, boardroom presentations). Build an “Influence Map” for your next 6 months.

    • Storytelling for Influence
      Learn to tell your leadership story—framing career highlights, overcoming challenges, and showcasing credibility. Practice elevator pitches and team motivation speeches.

    • Relationship Mapping & Ally Building
      Recognize the importance of mentors, sponsors, and allies. Map your current support network and identify strategic relationships to nurture.

    • 30-Day Leadership Action Plan
      Build a personal roadmap with 3 influence goals, 1 visibility opportunity, and 1 self-boundary to reinforce in the next 30 days.
