      Shift the mindset from appraisal to alignment. Emphasize feedback as a coaching and connection tool, not judgment.
    • Two Simple Feedback Models
      • SBI (Situation – Behavior – Impact)
      • AID (Action – Impact – Desired Outcome)
        Practice how to deliver feedback that is clear, neutral, and actionable.
    • Giving Positive Feedback That Builds Trust
      Learn how to give praise that is specific, meaningful, and fuels intrinsic motivation.

Afternoon Session: Courageous Conversations & Culture Shift

    • Handling Defensive or Resistant Responses
      Recognize emotional reactions to feedback and learn how to pause, validate, and refocus. Introduce the “Feedback Reset Loop.”

    • Receiving Feedback With Openness
      Practice language and posture for accepting upward or peer feedback with curiosity rather than justification.

    • Real-Play Lab: Difficult Feedback Conversations
      Participants practice giving feedback on late tasks, negative attitudes, poor communication, or broken promises—with coaching and support.

    • Embedding Feedback Into Team Rituals
      Build micro-habits like weekly check-ins, start-stop-continue exercises, or retrospective rounds.

    • Designing a Team Feedback Charter
      In groups, participants draft guidelines for how feedback will be given and received within their team, department, or function.
