🧾 HRDC-Related Questions

1. Are your training programs HRDC-claimable?

Yes, most of our in-house and public programs are fully HRDC-claimable under SBL-Khas. We are a registered training provider with certified and/or exempted trainers.

2. What documents do you provide to support HRDC claim submission?

We provide complete documentation, including:

  • Course outline

  • Daily schedule

  • Trainer profile

  • Justification/notes section (if needed)

  • HRDC tagging support (Focus Area, Skill Area)
3. Can you assist with eTRiS claim submission or tagging the correct Focus/Skill Area?

Yes. We help recommend the most suitable tag based on your training needs. Many of our clients rely on us to prepare claim-friendly outlines and descriptions.

4. What’s the difference between SBL and SBL-Khas? Which scheme do your courses fall under?

SBL-Khas allows HRDC to pay us directly upon approval. Under the older SBL scheme, the company pays first and claims later. Most of our programs are designed for SBL-Khas.

5. Do your trainers have TTT certification or exemptions required by HRDC?

Yes. All trainers are either TTT-certified or officially exempted as per HRDC guidelines.

6. My company is not yet registered under HRDC. Can we still train with you?

Yes, you can join as a paying client. If you wish to explore HRDC registration, we can guide you through the eligibility and registration process.

7. Is there a minimum paid-up capital required for HRDC-claimable training?

Yes. Typically, companies need a minimum paid-up capital of RM20,000 to qualify. Please confirm with HRDC or contact us if you’re unsure.

8. Do you provide justification notes for HRDC proposal submissions?

Yes. We can include tailored justifications in your course documents to meet eTRiS requirements.

9. Are your programs customizable for different departments or industries?

Absolutely. Every course can be tailored to match your industry, team maturity, or use case

10. How do I know which course level (e.g., Excel Basic vs Intermediate) is suitable for my team?

We’ll assess your team’s needs and suggest a suitable track. You can also refer to our course outlines which include suggested target audiences.

11. What are the credentials of your trainers? Can I view their profiles?

Yes. Visit our Trainers section to learn more about each trainer’s expertise and background.

12. Can you run train-the-trainer (TTT) sessions for internal L&D teams?

Yes, we offer TTT-style coaching and internal enablement for HR, L&D, and senior managers.

13. Can you deliver the same program in multiple languages (e.g., English/BM/Mandarin)?

Yes, depending on the trainer, we offer sessions in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. Bilingual delivery is available on request.

14. Do your courses include practical, real-life business examples?

Yes. Our training is hands-on and use-case driven, often using anonymized data or real industry examples.

15. Do you offer post-training support or access to materials?

Yes. Participants receive slides, prompt templates, and in some cases, extended support upon request.

🧰 Tools & Delivery Modes

16. Do your AI courses use ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini or other tools?

Yes. We include practical exposure to ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude, and other leading tools—based on course objectives.

17. Do you require any special software licenses for your programs?

We’ll inform you in advance if any free or enterprise tools are required. In most cases, a basic Microsoft 365 or free-tier AI account is sufficient.

18. Can your programs be delivered remotely or only in-person?

We offer both options. All programs are available in-person or via Zoom/Teams.

19. Do you provide laptops or devices for training sessions?

No. Clients typically provide their own laptops. We can help with setup guides and system checks beforehand.

20. Do participants need any prior experience before joining GenAI or data courses?

Basic digital literacy helps, but our beginner-level tracks are suitable for non-technical staff. We always list prerequisites in the course outline.

📅 Logistics & Booking

21. How far in advance should we book a training session?

We recommend at least 3–4 weeks notice, especially for HRDC claim processing and scheduling trainers.

22. Can you run sessions on weekends or public holidays?

Yes, subject to trainer availability and HRDC compliance (for claimable sessions). Additional charges may apply.

23. What is your minimum and maximum group size per session?

Minimum: 5 pax.
Recommended max: 25 pax for optimal interaction. Larger groups may be split or adjusted depending on the program.

24. What’s included in the course fee (materials, notes, post-training access)?

Fees include digital handouts, trainer facilitation, worksheets, and in some cases, follow-up advisory (based on package).

25. Do you offer public classes or only in-house corporate training?
