Course Summary
This 1-day interactive program introduces participants to the DiSC personality profiling model and its application in team communication, conflict navigation, delegation, and relationship-building. Participants will complete their DiSC assessments and gain insights into their personal communication style and how it interacts with others in a team or cross-functional setting.
Through real-world scenarios, roleplay, and live debriefs, participants will learn to adapt their leadership and communication approach to better connect with different DiSC types—reducing friction, increasing collaboration, and improving clarity across teams.

Learn how to spot DiSC traits in colleagues, clients, or teams—using tone, pacing, word choice, and behavior. - Adapting Communication for Clarity & Connection
Apply “Style Matching” strategies to influence, negotiate, or de-escalate conversations across styles (e.g., D-to-S, C-to-i). - Delegation, Feedback & Decision-Making with DiSC
Customize how you assign tasks, give feedback, or get buy-in based on a team member’s DiSC style. - Team Friction Mapping & Alignment
Identify where style mismatches are causing confusion or resistance in the current team. Use DiSC as a shared language for problem-solving. - Closing: Communication Action Plan
Participants choose 1–2 individuals they work closely with and build a DiSC-informed communication strategy for upcoming conversations.
