Afternoon Session: EQ in Action – Leading Others

    • Social Awareness: Reading the Room
      Learn how to recognize non-verbal cues, tone shifts, and subtle resistance. Practice curiosity over assumption.
    • Empathy vs. Sympathy: Understanding Without Solving
      Roleplay listening exercises with difficult team situations (burnout, resistance to change, poor morale).
    • Leading Difficult Conversations with EQ
      Combine empathy with assertiveness in performance and feedback discussions. Use the CARE conversation model.
    • Building an Emotionally Intelligent Culture
      Explore the leader’s role in setting tone, de-escalating tension, and encouraging open communication. Build peer trust through active modeling.
