Jeremy Wong Ch’ng Howe is a certified executive coach, corporate trainer, and team building facilitator with over 20 years of experience helping organisations build stronger leaders, improve workplace performance, and develop high-performing teams. Holding a double degree in Accounting and Finance from Middlesex University, London, Jeremy began his career as an external auditor with BDO Binder, where he spent seven years working with companies across manufacturing, retail, plantation, financial services, and public-listed organisations. This diverse exposure gave him valuable business insight and the ability to understand organisational challenges from multiple perspectives.

His passion for people development grew after witnessing how organisations that continuously invested in employee learning consistently achieved stronger business performance. Inspired by these experiences, Jeremy transitioned into learning and development, dedicating his career to helping individuals and businesses unlock their full potential.

Jeremy is also an entrepreneur who successfully expanded a timber trading business into a multi-state operation with over 30 employees, two sawmills, and four stockyards within four years. His business leadership experience enables him to connect training concepts with real workplace challenges and practical solutions.

Today, Jeremy has worked with multinational corporations, government agencies, and SMEs throughout Southeast Asia, delivering impactful training, executive coaching, leadership development, communication workshops, customer service programmes, and team building initiatives. His clients include leading organisations such as Maybank, Alliance Bank, IBM, HP, CelcomDigi, Sony, Akzo Nobel, British American Tobacco, Guinness Anchor Berhad, Huawei, Lotte Chemical, WHO, MIDA, TalentCorp, and many others.
